By accessing or using the EvoSim mobile application or the EvoSim Game Web3 platform ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Services Description
EvoSim provides access to eSIM telecom plans via its mobile application (Web2), and offers a gamified Web3 platform (EvoSim Game) that enables users to earn, exchange, and interact with in-game digital tokens and assets.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. Access may be restricted in certain jurisdictions due to regulatory limitations.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, or automation to manipulate gameplay or token issuance
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify or exploit the Services
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Abuse the referral or reward systems
5. Tokens and Digital Assets
- EVO is a fixed-price utility token used within EvoSim Game. - ESIM is a tradable token with fixed supply, exchangeable on decentralized platforms. EvoSim Game does not sell ESIM, nor guarantees its price, availability, or value.
- All token activity is user-driven. No investment advice is provided.
6. Referral and Reward Mechanisms
We may offer referral-based or gameplay-based rewards. We reserve the right to modify or revoke such rewards at any time in case of abuse, fraud, or platform updates.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including reliability, availability, security, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, E-CONNECT INC. disclaims any liability for losses resulting from use of the Services, including losses from token volatility, network failures, or unauthorized access.
9. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and competent courts.
10. Updates to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Data Collection and Privacy
We collect limited personal data such as email, device information, and user behavior within the EvoSim Game platform. This data is used for operational functionality, fraud detection, and analytics.
