This declaration is made to clarify that the ESIM token, used within the EvoSim Game ecosystem, is not a security under applicable laws. It serves as a formal statement of intent and position by the issuing entity.
2. Nature of the Token
ESIM is the governance of EvoSim Game. It is freely tradable on decentralized exchanges (DEXs) and functions as the primary gateway for entering and exiting the ecosystem. Additionally, players can participate in key governance decisions through DAO mechanisms.
3. Functional Characteristics
- The ESIM token does not grant any ownership, equity interest, voting rights, or revenue share in E-CONNECT INC. or any affiliated company.
- It is not distributed through a public sale, initial coin offering (ICO), or any investment solicitation. - Token acquisition is entirely voluntary and occurs through decentralized exchange activity or game-driven mechanics.
- The token's price is market-driven and not guaranteed or controlled by E-CONNECT INC.
4. Regulatory Intent
This declaration reflects the issuing entity's good-faith determination based on generally accepted blockchain and digital asset classification frameworks. It does not constitute legal or financial advice and does not preclude regulatory evaluation in other jurisdictions.
